Armine Danielyan is the poster child for success fueled by compassion. The driving force behind her entrepreneurial endeavors is the ability to combine her creativity with her passion to provide opportunities for others and help them be the best version of themselves. 

She is the Founder and CEO of three highly successful companies catering to the behavioral health industry, including California-based myHHBS, Inc., a successful Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) agency, KAM Behavioral Academy, Inc., a behavioral health certification program, and Nevada-based DanSimidi, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in helping others start their own ABA Agencies. 

Armine’s career path in the behavioral health industry was set in 2004 when she was given a class assignment to help a friend start a small business. In 2005, she helped that friend launch an ABA Agency that has since become a multimillion-dollar business. In 2008, Armine graduated from Cal State Northridge with a major in education and business. 

In 2010, she started consulting for behavioral health startups. Prior to starting her own company in 2015, she helped develop numerous ABA Agencies that have since become highly recognized businesses still thriving today. Over the years, Armine has mastered the ins and outs of the behavioral health industry, particularly the ABA sector. There is a reason why her business attorney refers to her as an ABA Industry Badass.

Armine’s work ethic, morals, dedication, and expertise are unmatched. Her upbringing taught her to fight for her dreams relentlessly, a lesson she did not take lightly. She made it a goal to focus on her vision rather than her circumstances. That’s what made her who she is today. 

Armine’s core strengths are building and sustaining strong relationships, creativity, and making something out of nothing. She is quick on her feet and always ready for a challenge. However, don’t be fooled by her entrepreneurial zest. Inside she is a kind, soft-hearted person who loves people, meshes well with everyone and never hesitates to help people make a positive change in their lives. 

Armine has two beautiful daughters who happen to be twins and the inspiration behind The A Team. Her personal mission in life is to be a role model for her daughters, teaching them to be strong, independent, goal-oriented females who work hard to achieve their dreams. She believes that every woman should be the author of her own story, and her daughters are no exception. 

Jose has over 47 years of experience with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In the 1980’s-90’s, Jose worked with hundreds of families with children with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities. 

For 17 years, Jose was an adjunct instructor at California State University- Los Angeles, and for 16 years, he was owner/licensee of residential facilities serving children, adolescents, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism who presented with severe problem behavior. Jose has given over 80 state and national conference presentations as well as a multitude number of presentations, lectures, in-services, webinars, and workshops on a diverse range of topics including ethics, self-injurious behavior, working with individuals with traumatic brain injury, understanding behavior phenotypes, designing ethical behavior interventions plans, and social and cultural diversity in ABA.  Jose has the record for the number of workshops given at CalABA since the inception of the organization, he served as president of CalABA, and is currently a board member of that organization. Jose is also a co-founder of LABA and developed an innovative mentorship program called “FastTrack.”
